Safety & Use

At Master Stretch, your safety is our priority. Our resistance training and mobility tools are designed for comfort, control, and progression—but like any fitness equipment, they must be used correctly to ensure a safe and effective experience.

Check Your Equipment

  • Inspect all bands, tubes, and accessories before each use.

  • Look for signs of wear, discoloration, tears, cracks, or fraying.

  • Do not use any tool that appears damaged — replacing worn products helps prevent unexpected breaks.

Choose the Right Resistance

  • Start with lighter resistance and progress gradually as your strength and mobility improve.

  • Using too much resistance too soon increases stress on joints and tissues.

Warm Up First

  • Do a brief warm-up to increase blood flow and prepare muscles and tendons before stretching or resistance exercises.

Space & Surface

  • Train on a clear, flat, non-slip surface with enough room to move freely.

  • Keep the workout area free of obstacles to reduce the risk of tripping or entanglement.

Dress Appropriately

  • Wear proper athletic clothing and shoes.

  • Avoid loose jewelry or accessories that could get caught in equipment during use.

Proper Anchoring (if applicable)

  • If using anchors or door mounting accessories, ensure they are secure and positioned correctly on sturdy, outward-opening doors.

  • Do not attach tools to sharp edges or objects not designed to hold tension.

Controlled Movement

  • Pull and release bands slowly and with control — avoid sudden or jerky movements.

  • Never let go of the band when it’s stretched; slow release reduces risk of snapping back.

Stretch Limits

  • Do not overstretch bands beyond their safe extension — this can weaken material and lead to breakage.

  • If you can’t reach your desired resistance without excessive stretch, use a stronger band or alternative tool.

Hand & Body Positioning

  • Grip handles, loops, and straps firmly.

  • Avoid wrapping bands around your neck, head, or chest.

  • Keep tension directed away from your face and sensitive areas.

  • These products are fitness tools — not toys.
